Name: Jessica Frost
Rank: Hero
Super Identity: n/a
Age: 21
Gender: Female
Height: 5 feet and 11 inches
Weight: 120 pounds
Appearance: Attractive, with blonde hair, light blue eyes, and pale skin. Jessica can always be found wearing a revealing top and a tight-fitting pair of jeans.
Home: Washington originally, but spends much of her time travelling
Superpowers: Ice creation and manipulation
Equipment: n/a
Strengths: Relatively smart, very self-assured, good at reading what people want, and artistically talented
Weaknesses: Self-centered, spoiled, finds it very hard to relate to most people. Relies on moisture in the air and in her own body(as a last resort) to use her powers. Cannot create moisture herself.
History: The daughter of a businessman-turned-senator, Jessica learned from an early age that acting out was the best way to gain the attention she desired. It was no surprise, then, that by the time she had turned 18 she had already been plastered all over tabloids at least a dozen times for her wild antics. The discovery of her powers only made the media's attention on her even more intense. Alcohol, violence, and promiscuity were here M.O, and that identity had networks excited to launch the first ever superpowered reality show.
"Keeping It Frosty" aired before Jessica even turned 19, and was a smash hit for the network that ran it. Outfitted with specialized cameras that followed around the young woman automatically and could withstand extreme variances in temperature, they captured every detail. It captured lavish spending, frequent one-night stands, and, surprisingly even to Jessica, the occasional good deed. In response to overwhelming demand, the network pushed for Jessica to take on more and more hero work.
Over the next two years, the show promoted her as a "hero with a dark side." Decried by many as a terrible role model, and proclaimed by others to be the most honest hero, Jessica became one of the most controversial women in the country. The show's ratings, however, have begun to decline. The producers are now pushing for her to travel and find more and more challenging hero work.
